Life Summary
Thomas Dennis came out from Littleham in East Devon, England, and settled in the southern Flinders Ranges of South Australia, around Arwakurra and Booleroo Centre. He married Allana Grace Morison Finlayson in 1883; after her death he married Dinah Flavel Paynter at Appila in July 1895, and their family included Dalby Cecil Dennis, who was killed on the Western Front in 1918. Thomas died at Arwakurra on 5 July 1914, aged 51, and is buried at Booleroo Centre Cemetery.

Thomas Dennis, the Devon man at Booleroo. Thomas Dennis came out from Littleham, East Devon, and settled in the southern Flinders Ranges around Arwakurra and Booleroo Centre. He first married Allana Finlayson in 1883, and after her death married Dinah Flavel Paynter at Appila in July 1895. He died at Arwakurra on 5 July 1914, and is buried at Booleroo Centre.
