Biography
Frederick Charles Masters was born 14th September 1848 at Tanunda, South Australia, the ninth child of Charles Masters (1809–1866) and Martha Williams Masters (1814–1896).
Like his elder brother William Williams Masters (1838–1927), Frederick emigrated to New Zealand, settling at Port Chalmers. He died there 20th January 1939, aged 90.
